It operates over 15,000 retail stores and over 1,200 pharmacies globally under various brand names. Its retail brands cover health, beauty, luxury perfume, food, and consumer electronics. Some of its major retail chains include Watsons, Asia's largest health and beauty retail chain, Superdrug, the UK's second largest health and beauty retailer, and Kruidvat, the leading health, beauty, and personal care retailer in the Benelux region.

Challenge

The A.S. Watson Group was looking to implement digital signage to announce their internal news on each floor, as their previous method was proving inefficient.

Prior to finding One Techsoft AI, the A.S. Watson Group had been using traditional notice boards to display the latest announcements.
