Challenge

11 SKIES is seeking to enhance the workplace experience for its employees and visitors through the implementation of a comprehensive digital signage and intelligent wayfinding solution. This multifaceted system will include key features such as an office directory in the lobby, the display of updated news and events, as well as an AI-powered navigation system to assist clients in finding their way around the expansive mall.

The primary challenge lies in creating an AI assistant that can effectively communicate with users in a natural and contextually appropriate manner. And need to synchronize the AI's spoken responses with the corresponding visual content displayed on the digital signage. Ensuring that the audio and visual elements are perfectly aligned is crucial to avoiding any disconnect or confusion for the user. This synchronization must be achieved across all touchpoints, including the AI assistant's interactions and the real-time updates on the digital displays.

Another critical aspect of this project is the need to seamlessly integrate the AI-powered digital signage system with the mobile app vendor.
